Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
