Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Albuquerque, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
