Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Clearpath Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
