Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Bluepeak Hollow Health runs clinics and patient services around Phoenix. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
