Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Albuquerque design routes and schedules, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
