Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Hartford, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
