Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 855 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
