Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Memphis, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
