Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
