Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Medical Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
