Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Charlotte, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
