Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Baltimore working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
