Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Silverline Rowan Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
