Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Redstone West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
