Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
