Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Boston, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
