Registered Nurse - patient education (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Health Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
