Registered Nurse - patient education (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Thistle Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
