Registered Nurse - patient education (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Raleigh. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
