Registered Nurse - patient education (Providence, RI)

Lumen Corner Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Providence. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
