Registered Nurse - patient education (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Keystone Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
