Registered Nurse - patient education (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
