Registered Nurse - patient education (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Pittsburgh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
