Registered Nurse - patient education (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification.
