Registered Nurse - patient education (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Hollow Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education.
