Registered Nurse - patient education (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Pharma Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
