Registered Nurse - patient education (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
