Registered Nurse - patient education (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Juniper Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
