Registered Nurse - patient education (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Forge Health Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
