Registered Nurse - patient education (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
