Registered Nurse - patient education (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
