Registered Nurse - patient education (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Iron Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
