Registered Nurse - patient education (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
