Registered Nurse - patient education (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Insurance Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Madison. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
