Registered Nurse - patient education (Madison, WI)

Bright Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Madison, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Madison. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
