Registered Nurse - patient education (Madison, WI)

Summit Iron Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
