Registered Nurse - patient education (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Linden Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Madison design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification.
