Registered Nurse - patient education (Madison, WI)

Nova Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Madison, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
