Registered Nurse - patient education (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Rook Early Learning runs childcare centres in Louisville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
