Registered Nurse - patient education (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
