Registered Nurse - patient education (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Kansas City. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 369 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
