Registered Nurse - patient education (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
