Registered Nurse - patient education (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
