Registered Nurse - patient education (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
