Registered Nurse - patient education (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
