Registered Nurse - patient education (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Houston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Houston. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
