Registered Nurse - patient education (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Honolulu. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
