Registered Nurse - patient education (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Families are partners. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
