Registered Nurse - patient education (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Granite Learning Group is an education provider in Hartford serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials.
