Registered Nurse - patient education (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Amber Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification.
